1. Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of Go Finish It, an online AI-assisted goal planning and tracking service, published by the company OnMyWeb (SAS).

By creating an account on Go Finish It and using the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

Use of the service also implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

4. Description of the service

Go Finish It is a web application that helps you define, structure and achieve your personal and professional goals through:

  • AI-powered analysis and clarification of your goals
  • Generation of structured action plans organized by month and week
  • Daily task suggestions tailored to your constraints and availability
  • Progress tracking through metrics and weekly reviews
  • Optional Google Calendar synchronization to schedule your tasks in your calendar

5. Registration and account

Registration on Go Finish It is exclusively through Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize Go Finish It to access your name, email address and Google profile picture.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the security of your Google account and any activity carried out through your Go Finish It account.

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting contact@gofinishit.com.

6. Subscription and pricing

Go Finish It offers the following plans:

  • Free trial: your first goal is free, no credit card required.
  • Monthly subscription: 29€ incl. tax per month, billed monthly, no commitment.
  • Annual subscription: 228€ incl. tax per year (i.e. 19€/month), billed annually.

Payments are processed by our partner LemonSqueezy. No banking information is stored on our servers.

Prices may be changed at any time. Any price change will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect and will only apply to the next renewal of your subscription.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer's agreement.

By subscribing and beginning to use the service, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. However, you benefit from a 14-day free trial allowing you to test the service before any financial commitment.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Use of artificial intelligence

Go Finish It uses artificial intelligence models to analyze your goals and generate personalized action plans. You acknowledge that:

  • AI is a planning aid tool. The generated suggestions are proposals that you are free to accept, modify or reject.
  • Go Finish It does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or completeness of AI-generated suggestions.
  • Achieving your goals depends on your personal commitment and external factors. Go Finish It does not guarantee any results.
  • Data sent to the AI is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All elements constituting the Go Finish It application (source code, design, logo, texts, algorithms) are the exclusive property of the company OnMyWeb and are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.

User content: the goals, tasks, notes and any content you create through the service remain your property. By using the service, you grant Go Finish It a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service (AI analysis, display, synchronization).

10. Liability

Go Finish It is provided "as is". The company OnMyWeb commits to a best-effort obligation in providing the service and makes every effort to ensure its availability and proper functioning.

The company OnMyWeb shall not be held liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates
  • Malfunctions related to third-party services (Google, AI providers, payment services)
  • The use you make of AI-generated suggestions or their consequences
  • Data loss resulting from force majeure

In any event, the liability of the company OnMyWeb is limited to the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months.

11. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Termination

By the user: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting contact@gofinishit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.

By Go Finish It: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive use of the service, after notification by email.

Effects of termination: after termination, you may request the deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The mediator will be designated at a later date and their name will be published on this page.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
